Gifts Redeem instructions

• You need to login to your 4Games account.
• Click on Gifts Redeem to start redemption.
• Select your correct server, role name, and then key in the gift card or redemption code.
• Prizes details please refer to the relevant events.
• Please clear the space before proceed redemption. Make sure that there are sufficient “Space” to receive the prize, the max limit of mail box is 30 mails. If there is insufficient space the prize may not be able to receive and may even be lost!
• After redeem is successful, the system will automatically queue to send your gifts. Log into the game, check the role mailbox. Should you not receive after 72 hours, please contact the 4Games customer service centre!
